How do I place an order?

What are your delivery options?

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time, next-day delivery, and scheduled delivery for future dates. Delivery fees vary based on location and delivery time.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to most metropolitan areas. You can check if we deliver to your specific ZIP code by entering it in the delivery information section during checkout.

What if the recipient isn't home?

Our delivery partners will attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or building manager. If delivery is not possible, they will contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is out for delivery. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard.

How fresh are your flowers?

Our flowers are sourced directly from growers and are typically cut 2-3 days before delivery. We guarantee all our arrangements will stay fresh for at least 7 days with proper care.

What if the flowers I receive don't match the picture?

Our florists create arrangements as closely as possible to the product images. Substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability, but we always maintain the same value, color scheme, and quality.

Do you offer custom arrangements?

Yes! We can create custom arrangements based on your preferences, including specific flowers, colors, and budget. Contact our customer service team to discuss your custom design needs.

Are your flowers organic or sustainably sourced?

We prioritize working with suppliers who follow sustainable growing practices. Many of our flowers are certified sustainable and locally sourced when in season.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How do I care for my flowers?

Trim stems at an angle, remove any leaves below the waterline, and place in fresh water with flower food. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and fruit. Change water every 2 days for maximum longevity.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! All our floral arrangements are guaranteed to last at least 7 days. If your arrangement doesn't meet this guarantee, we'll provide a replacement or full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a processing fee.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place orders as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

How do I reset my password?
